She is a former Oregon All-American, Olympic athlete, and successful head coach, holding a wealth of knowledge from both playing and coaching at the highest levels.

He holds an MBA in Marketing, conducted market research for the Portland Trail Blazers, and honed his storytelling skills as a video editor for KATU in Portland.
